01 · FRAC SPEARHEADING
HOW ACID PRE-LUSH AHEAD OF A PROPANT FRAC
HCl pumped ahead of the frac to open perforations and dissolve near-wellbore CaCO₃. TexxBoost™ extends live acid life so the spearhead reaches further into the formation, improving perforation cluster entry and fracture initiation across horizontal completions. Corrosion inhibitors protect casing and perforation gun hardware through the acid stage.
RESULT
Improved perforation cluster entry, more uniform fracture initiation, better near-wellbore cleanup ahead of the proppant stage.
02 · CARBONATE MATRIX ACIDIZING
STANDALONE HCL STIMULATION IN LIMESTONE AND DOLOMITE
Standard acid generates rapid face dissolution near the wellbore shallow wormholes that do little to connect undamaged formation. TexxBoost™ kinetic moderator reduces dissolution rate at the wormhole tip, extending live acid deep into the lateral and creating productive wormhole networks that reach beyond near-wellbore damage.
RESULT
Deeper wormhole networks, greater stimulated rock volume, improved production response per gallon of acid pumped.
03 · HF/HCl MUD ACID — SANDSTONE
DRILLING-DAMAGE REMOVAL IN SANDSTONE FORMATIONS
The TexxBoost™ HF/HCl package combines HF-optimized corrosion inhibitors, iron control agents that prevent precipitation of dissolved minerals, and surfactants for improved distribution and cleanup. One product line covers both carbonate and sandstone applications, simplifying distributor inventory.

CycleBoost™ extends the TexxBoost™ platform into cooling tower and industrial water treatment. Blended into H₂SO₄ or HCl by authorized distributors, it enables higher Cycles of Concentration, protects system metallurgy during continuous acid dosing, and improves periodic CaCO₃ descaling — reducing makeup water demand by approximately 25% moving from 3 to 5 CoC.
